30-Day Refund Guarantee

If there’s anything wrong with your order — whether it’s damaged, defective, or not as described — let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

For other returns (like change of mind), you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • Personalized items can only be returned if they arrive with a defect or an error on our part

1-Year Quality Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If your item develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it at no cost.
This warranty covers:

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Issues caused by improper care or washing


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Received the wrong item or something damaged? Email us right away with photos, and we’ll make it right — fast, and at no extra cost.
